Can I return items that I do not want?

Absolutely. Whenever you buy from us you have the benefit of our 30 day guarantee, which starts on the day you receive your items. If for any reason you are not satisfied with anything, just contact Heidi via our Contact Us page and send the item back to us for a full refund of the item price. Please remember, we can only refund hats that still have labels attached. Please remember to package your returns carefully - we can't refund damaged items.

How do I return faulty items?

If your item becomes faulty within 30 days of receipt, you will be offered the choice of a refund or, if stock is still available of that particular item, a replacement.

How should I return unwanted or faulty items?

Please contact Heidi via our Contact Us page and send it to the specified address. Please send it back to us using a fully insured and trackable method of postage.

How long will my return take to be processed?

We promise to process your return within 30 days of receiving it. However, most of the time we process returns much quicker than this and aim to process them within 7 - 10 days.
