This bold red hat made of loose weave crinoline has a ribbed material edged band around the brim. A double wrapped band in the same material as the hat and a gorgeous, off centre, fiery feather plumage. Sits low on the head and would look gorgeous with anything from a simple black shift dress to something more elaborate.
